- FormEntry Touch 2.2 (free download from App Store).
- iOS 5.0 or later.
- Receiving forms requires a Cellular or Wi-Fi network.
- Sending form data back requires a Cellular or Wi-FI network:
- UMTS/HSDPA (850, 1900, 2100 MHz)
- GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)
- Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n)
